Two Videos, One Vision

For this event, we produced two distinct videos on the same timeline—each with its own style and production demands. The first was a live-action team preview, highlighting a wide range of staff and offering a look into what the Visit Seattle team has been working on, and what’s ahead in the future. This required close collaboration to identify featured team members, plan wardrobe and set decoration, and conduct a full day of on-camera interviews.

At the same time, we developed a text-animation and photo-based recap that celebrated the past year’s accomplishments and key statistics. This involved extensive design work, developing visual treatments and creating text-animations, along with regular check-ins to ensure every major message was represented. By running both productions in parallel we delivered a cohesive pair of videos that set the stage for the Annual Meeting, combining personality, storytelling, and visual impact.
