There is nothing more important to us, nothing more fundamentally human, than telling stories. There is magic in capturing an experience, and an emotion. We’re after that.

We are a group of artists and problem solvers obsessed with the mission of using our skills to bring a vision to life. Writing, directing, filming, editing, and photographing, we do it all so that you can rest easy knowing your story is brought to the world with the attention and care that it deserves.

Our Values

The Team

What began long ago as a conversation in a college dorm room has now become the full service video production studio that VIA Creatives is today.

After having the opportunity to travel across the country and around the world filming different events, stories, companies, and communities, our founders were entirely sold on the fact that video as a medium was evolving from the high school hobby that they once fell in love with into an absolute necessity that every business and brand would need to effectively participate in the future digital economy.

Tyler Mayeno

Tyler is the founder here at VIA and the brains behind many of our projects. If you catch him on a sunny day, you’ll most likely see him at a local park playing some sort of team sport!

Q: If you could host a Ted Talk, what would the subject be on?

A: Haha the futility of the Seattle Mariners!

Jacob Chung

Our in house designer/editor, camera guy, and our right hand man. Jacob does a little bit of everything here to help bring our stories alive.

Q: What is your favorite film franchise?

A: Star Wars!

Ben Nilsen

Our editing wizard, Ben. He is the powerhouse that shoots magic out of his fingertips. A resident at VIA since 2015, we love his fun and spontaneous energy!

Q: What is your favorite underrated snack?

A: Cream cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates.

Sarah Wicorek

The newest member of the VIA team, Sarah is our production assistant and social media specialist. Little known fact — she is a former professional ballet dancer!

Q: If you had to save one thing you own from a fire, what would it be?

A: My many many hard drives!
